              HARBOR MASTERS OF MAINE

              White Water Rafting Trip river in Maine and one of the best in the United States. You will experience more technical rapids, exposed rocks, steeper gradients, and the most awesome whitewater.

 

 

The river is set in the shadow of mile-high Mt. Katahdin and on the perimeter of Baxter State Park. Sightings of eagle, osprey, moose, and bear are not uncommon. The average river flow i equals 2400 cfs, with a range of 1800-3400 cfs. The trip down river is a total of 12 miles with a total of 6 hours on the river. There will be lunch on the river on Saturday which will inclide steak, salmon, chicken, veggie burgers, salad, dessert, and beverages.

 

We will be travelling to Millinocket on Friday, July 25th, camp over-night, take our rafting trip on Saturday, camp over-night on Saturday, July 26th, and return home on Sunday, July 27th.

 

The cost of the trip is $134/person (includes camping and rafting). For those who just want to go camping the cost is $22. We will bring our own camping gear, food, beverages, snacks etc. For those doing the /camping/rafting a deposit of 50% is due by May 1 with the remaining balance due June 15. For those doing just the camping the full fee is due at time of registration.
